Listed below are all the lawsuits filed by Delaire members against the club/POA since January 1, 2012.  These results have been gathered from the public website of the Palm Beach County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller.  If anyone has told you that someone other than the people below have filed a lawsuit against Delaire CC and/or the Delaire CC POA since January, 2012, they are either sadly misinformed or making malicious, false and defamatory statements.
The cases filed in 2022 all had to do with the required use of Covid vaccination cards for entry to certain club venues/events.  The only one that remains open is the Hopper case.  All of the information below is a matter of public record.
